Class Dates & Times

9 a.m -4 p.m. with a lunch in between 


Class Description

Students will learn the basic principles of Dutch Oven and cast iron cooking. The vernacular, the tools needed, variety of Dutch Ovens, temperature control, hands-on preparation from beginning to end. Morning classes will prepare breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Afternoon classes will prepare lunch, desserts, and dinner meals.

Safety is paramount


Materials List:

Must wear footwear with toes. No sandals or flip flops or any open-toed shoes. Cannot participate if this is not adhered to.

Masks face coverings or shields must be worn if within 6 feet of the instructor.


Material Fee:

$15 to cover food, propane, charcoal, handouts, and a cookbook.
