Lance Ellis

I took my first course in Blacksmithing in 2015, and have been enjoying the craft since that time. In addition to basic coursework, I have been fortunate enough to train as a scholarship student in advanced forging and traditional joinery techniques.

My passions in forging range from decorative and functional items, as well as tool making. Just as much as forging (if not more!) I enjoy sharing the craft with others eager to learn. As a native East Tennessean, I particularly enjoy being able to contribute in any way to keeping this wonderful craft alive in Appalachia.
