Your Instructor is Daniel Hall. Daniel has been enjoying blacksmithing for over 10 years and began the skill because of his love of history. He enjoys knife making and has offered blacksmithing classes for beginner and advanced students.

About the class
This one day course will give you the basics of blacksmithing, and will prepare you to take other, more advanced blacksmithing classes offered over the summer and fall at WCA. You will choose from a number of small projects including various hooks and keyrings, etc. as time allows. The class is a full day so please bring a lunch and plenty of water. Wear long pants and sleeves, along with closed-toe shoes. Safety glasses are recommended. Aprons are provided.
